10 SEPTEMBER

 I went with my exchange student to a rally race. The previous day I told him that I like cars, and then he said that there was an event this day, so we woke up early and his mother drove us to the event. There were different types of cars, from boogies to normal cars. There were different ages categories. There were male, female and kids. In the races there were cattegories. Some of them were between same cars, other were mixed, others only two cars... The races were amazing, and we bought cotton candy but it started to rain a lot and the races had to stop for a few minutes. 

Then we went home and I had a typical irish meal, which had beans, sausages, bacon, fryed smashed potato and a food similar to spanish morcilla.

In the afternoon  my student and I went to play golf for a couple of hours. Later I went with the family to the grandparent's house, to collect hay balles and we watched a world cup rugby mach.

Today we had normal classes, but was a few sad because was our really last day. A friend and I, we spent nearly 4 hours hiking in the mountains. It was a very long hike because it was cold and windy, but I enjoyed a lot talking with my friends and admiring the landscape wich was really beautiful despite the fog. When we arrived to the top of the mountain we had lunch and rest for a bit and after that we started back to the bus. The only classes we had were home economics, where we played a Quizziz about german food and physics where we made an experiment about condensation and convection currents. At the end of the day, we said goodbye to our irish friends.

20 SEPTEMBER

 Today we went to the Ploguhing! It's a huge festival. It's an outdoor agricultural show in Ireland incorporating a ploughing contest. That week it had rained a lot in the area, so it was really muddy, which was annoying. Apart from all the farming stuff, there were a lot of shops, from clothes, hurleys and slioters, which are the stick and the ball for playing hurling, and hurling equipment to truks and cranes. There were also food trucks with hot dogs and burgers or cotton candy and sweets. I went with my erasmus student and his father and brother, and later one of my spanish friends and his student joined us. They bought a lot of things because everything was discounted, but I only bought a zipper for my brother, a T-shirt, and a hurley, which I'm bringing to Spain to show my friends and family hurling.

 We went to class, but we had only 5 hours of classes, because in Ireland, thursdays and fridays they have one hour less.  At first hour we had musical, and we learned the coreography for one of the dances in the school musical. We enjoyed that class, because in Spain it's an optional subject, but there it was compulsory. People who didn't want to dance, had to sing. I prefered dancing.  Then we had coaching studios, wich is about learning how to become a leader/coach, and then a little break, when we had a little lunch.  After that we had spanish and we made a game in the village, and tutorial, where the tutor explain that we wer going to Ballyhass Lake, and then the lunch time, from 13:05 to 13:45. Our first day was pretty similar.
